Jessie Westwood, founder of Studio Sorores, began her career working with Magic Circle law firms having qualified in law herself.
Managing multi-million pound portfolios and working with in house teams as well as judges, barristers, solicitors and academics Jessie quickly gained a reputation for delivering commercial knowledge and information across multiple publishing formats in the corporate world alongside some of the most respected and influential individuals in the industry. After managing large marketing and sales budgets, she then widened her corporate and HNW client know-how by moving into a role specialising in international PR, reputation management and communications consultancy - working with the media, but also live events and in house team strategic developments. In 2010 she flexed her creative brain further and after completing a course in event management she launched her own new business focused entirely on private parties, milestone celebrations and design led weddings.

Sure, you can. There are some that are well researched and based on merit alone, but there are far more that are nothing more than paid for advertising. Our advice is to take recommendations and conduct in depth interviews with whomever you shortlist as your wedding or event planning partner.
